Flex Marketing Group – Marketing Analyst Position
Flex Marketing Group is an experienced and innovative email marketing solutions provider for companies seeking new and creative ways to enhance customer satisfaction and grow business. Flex Marketing Group was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of New York City.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our company as Marketing Analysts. The analyst position will directly report to one of our Online Marketing Managers, and will largely be responsible for operations and support. We are a growing company, seeking smart people with the desire to work in an exciting and unique marketing field.
Preferably, the Marketing Analyst will succeed in helping their team build more business and the analyst will advance to a higher level role or management position within 18 months of employment. The ideal candidate would be quantitative, resourceful, and inquisitive. No specific marketing experience is necessary, but applicants must be proficient on a computer and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, VBA for Excel, Dreamweaver and SQL are a plus.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting with mailing schedules and launching email campaigns to maximize profitability
-Optimizing performance related to list management, promotions, creatives, etc.
-Working with HTML designers to produce a steady stream of fresh html creative
-All support functions for Online Marketing Managers
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher in mathematics, marketing, or finance
-Strong analytical and math skills
-Strong communication skills
-Ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of prior work experience in web based-marketing, programming, or finance
